Terms of Service
This page summarizes how the V1 interface works and the main service conditions.
1. Scope
This website provides digital-asset information, localized interface functions, estimated swap quotes, technical routing, and access to third-party swap services. The actual exchange, receipt of funds, transaction screening, blockchain payout, and refund handling are performed by our partner providers.
2. Independent service
Unless written confirmation states otherwise, this service is independently operated and is not the official website, legal representative, branch, or customer-support department of our partner providers. The website connects to an external provider API.
3. No custody
This website does not hold user balances, control user wallets, or request private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, remote access, or screen-sharing access. Funds for a swap must be sent only to the provider-generated address shown for that order.
4. Quotes and execution
Displayed rates, output amounts, completion times, and fees are estimates unless explicitly marked fixed. Final execution can vary because of market movement, liquidity, network confirmation, payment timing, provider review, underpayment, overpayment, or an unsupported network.
5. Platform service fee
A standard platform service fee of 0.15% may apply to a successfully completed swap only through a provider-supported settlement mechanism confirmed in writing. Provider spread, liquidity costs, mining or validator fees, recovery charges, and refund costs are separate and may be included in the provider quote.
6. Failed or refunded orders
The platform fee is intended to apply only to a successfully completed swap. Provider or network charges already incurred may be non-refundable. Refunds, recovery processes, timing, and required information are determined by our partner providers.
7. User responsibility
Users must verify the asset, network, destination address, memo, tag, payment ID, amount limits, and legal eligibility. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Loss caused by a wrong address, wrong network, omitted memo, unsupported asset, or user error may be unrecoverable.
8. AML/KYC and restrictions
No-account access does not guarantee no KYC. Wallets and transactions may be screened by our partner providers, who may request identity or source-of-funds information, delay or reject a swap, or provide information to competent authorities. Do not use the service for fraud, laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, illegal gambling, terrorism financing, or other unlawful activity.
9. Information only; no advice
Content is general information and interface functionality, not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. No asset value, profit, liquidity, availability, or completion time is guaranteed.
10. Third-party dependency
The service depends on our partner providers, blockchain networks, node infrastructure, hosting, and other third parties. The operator cannot control their uptime, decisions, pricing, screening, or refund policies.
11. Privacy
The website may process IP address, device and browser data, language, referral campaign, selected pair, amount range, quote events, provider order identifier, and error logs for operation, security, analytics, and attribution. Private keys, seed phrases, and wallet passwords must never be provided. Wallet addresses must not be sent to analytics.
12. Availability and changes
Assets, routes, regions, fees, providers, and features may change or be suspended. Material fee information will be displayed before a new order is confirmed.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for market loss, provider actions, network failure, user address or network errors, AML/KYC review, phishing, device compromise, indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or lost opportunity. Mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
14. Contact
Contact us by direct message through the official X account listed on this website. Users should also review the current Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure of our partner providers.
